Because of fast spreading of COVID-19, in accordance with the government policy of the epidemic prevention, the National Taiwan Universities Alliance (including National Taiwan University, National Taiwan Normal University, National Taiwan University of Science and Technology) unanimously agreed to postpone the date of semester’s beginning by two weeks and set up it on the 2th of March. This time supposed to be sufficient to do all required epidemic prevention work. Since the classes will start later, the Universities will make amendments in the existing academic calendar in order to make other deadlines consistent with the new schedule.
